Referral and funding to Community Choices is through agencies, families and organisations such as Disability SA, Families SA, WorkCover, local councils, respite services, Novita Children’s Services, HACC (Home and Community Care) and insurance (such as SGIC)

People can also access services through private funding.

Brokerage

Community Choices funding is achieved by brokerage.

This means that we receive our funding as a package for contract period of time to run services for an individual client or a group of individuals requiring activities or care.

The brokerage model covers such things as:

Individual Personal Private Funding

Some individuals decide to bypasses government agencies and come directly to Community Choices to arrange services.

They fund these activities themselves.
