Community Choices is a service provider meeting the needs of children, adolescents and adults with disability and the elderly.

As a division of Novita Children’s Services, Community Choices provides Respite, Day Options, Personal Care, Recreation and other community-based support services that can be delivered in either community-based facilities or within the client’s home.

Our service is underpinned by a Quality Management system based on the National Standards for Disability Services and Aged Care.

Community Choices employs only highly skilled and credentialed employees.
